Man in the Moon Lemonade Jug

This is a fantastic very rare blue domino man in the moon lemonade jug. It is in very good condition 63/4" in height and 31/2" across. No chips, cracks or crazing. Please see pictures for future illustration.

There is some light brown staining to the inside of the jug. Some very light brown mottling to the rim.

On the outside of the jug there are some glaze imperfections where there looks to be some additional clay under the glaze.

There is also a small glaze run. This was quite hard to photograph but the above does just show this.

There is also a small patch where the glaze has not taken, this is NOT a chip, there is no damage surrounding the area and I believe this was done at manufacture.

Domino mark (dots filled in) to base.

As you can see from the pictures these faults do not detract from what is a very beautiful piece. A very rare and desirable item, looks great on display.
